What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Analyze and report on operational and financial trends related to auto physical damage claims
  • Monitor metrics and identify trends, participating in cross‑functional teams to understand root causes
  • Connect macro trends to claims trends and operational performance
  • Compile monthly reporting exhibits and deliver insights to segment and actuarial leaders
  • Develop presentation materials for senior leadership audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in data analysis or performance analytics
  • Strong data analytics skills and familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Excel, Tableau, and Thought Spot
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to deliver actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and capability to build partnerships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in auto claims
  • Understanding of the Agile framework
  • Documented track record of creating innovative data solutions
  • Ability to lead without formal authority and work independently or in teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing operational, industry, and technological trends
