- Proficient in SQL with the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
- Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to deliver actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and capability to build partnerships
- Experience in auto claims
- Understanding of the Agile framework
- Documented track record of creating innovative data solutions
- Ability to lead without formal authority and work independently or in teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational, industry, and technological trends
