The impact you’ll make

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with dual role and responsibilities

1. Systems Administrator
- Reinforce our MES delivery capabilities across hightech manufacturing environments. You will support the deployment and operation of mission critical MES installations, ensuring they run securely, efficiently and at scale.

In this role, you’ll bridge complex technical deployments with the performance and reliability our customers expect, enabling fully digital and stable production environments. You will work closely with our Deployment Support and Customer teams to install, configure, troubleshoot and optimize MES setups, ensuring smooth transitions into operation and longterm stability.

2. Full-stack Developer
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work full-stack with an emphasis on backend development in C#. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our MES platform through developing scalable, high-quality software supporting real-time control, data collection, and automation in complex manufacturing environments.

What you’ll do As a 'Systems Administrator'
  • Lead deployments of MES and application environments
    • Execute remote installations of MES environments and applications
    • Validate preconditions, dependencies, and compatibility before deployment
  • Manage environment governance and access
    • Optimize and scale MES environments
    • Monitor resource consumption (CPU, memory, storage, cluster health)
    • Identify scaling needs and perform capacity adjustments
    • Guarantee highly stable, performant and cost efficient environments
  • Troubleshoot complex deployment issues
    • Investigate problems using logs, containers, pods, events, and system traces
  • Continous improvements
    • Advise on best practices for infrastructure, virtualization, container platforms, and network setups
    • Clarify responsibilities between internal teams, integrators, and customers to reduce risks and deployment delays
    • Document lessons learned and corrective/preventive actions
    • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, troubleshooting playbooks, and evolving best practices
    • Help improve automation, observability, and deployment tooling
As a 'Full-stack Developer'
  • Create, develop and maintain backend services and their frontend counterparts
  • Collaborate with team members and learn to deliver robust, tested solutions
  • Support debugging, testing, and documentation efforts to ensure system reliability
Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • More than 8 years of experience in systems administrations and software development
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes/Open Shift: containerized deployments, pod troubleshooting, logs, events, networking, health checks
  • Solid background in Linux (networking, volumes, system services, journaling)
  • Hands on experience with VMware or HyperV (VM provisioning, configuration, snapshots)
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably C#/.Net and Node.js)
  • Good knowledge of frontend technologies (preferably Type Script or Angular)
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, with a methodical, log-oriented approach
  • Ability to troubleshoot beyond standard procedures, going deep when needed
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Initiative and a drive for continuous improvement and best practices adoption
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with Kafka or Click House in distributed deployments
  • Familiarity with the Manufacturing / MES / industrial domain (Semiconductor, Electronics, Medical Devices, Industrial Equipment)
  • Experience with SQL Server, including backup/restore, high availability, and performance considerations
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework, particularly related to change, incident, and problem management
