Scrum Master - Mode - Digital

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
  Sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement
• Jira ownership:
  Build and maintain boards, workflows, reporting dashboards and ensure consistent use across teams
• Drive backlog management: ensure stories are defined, prioritized, groomed
• Enable delivery:
  Escalate blockers, track dependencies across work streams
• Reporting: sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks/issues
• Stakeholder coordination:
  Work with program manager, program lead, workstream leads, core program team, core stakeholders

• Must-haves:
  • Hands‑on Scrum Master experience
  • Deep Jira expertise: board configuration, workflow setup, reporting dashboards, filters, metrics
  • Confluence expertise
  • Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams/work streams
  • Robust facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred but not required:
  • Experience with risk/compliance/cybersecurity/GRC
  • Familiarity with hybrid (Agile + traditional PM) environments
  • Experience supporting program‑level reporting
