Sr DevOps Engineer

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. The position may require occasional on‑site work at our West Chester, PA location.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
• Manage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Dev Ops engineers and other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Dev Ops processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or related role, including 3+ years building software applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git Lab CI, or CircleCI.
• Software development and scripting experience using Java, Spring, Golang, Python, Groovy, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure as code and cloud‑native tooling, including Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud, and with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, Dev Ops security best practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
