Job Description JOB SUMMARY

This job plays a key role in the product operations enablement function for the Product Management team. The incumbent contributes to product portfolio operations activities across the full Product Management Lifecycle (PdMLC) — spanning digital, voice/telephonic, in‑person, and self‑service products — by building, maintaining, and supporting adoption of the operating model infrastructure that product, design, and research teams rely on to do their best work.

Working with moderate independence, this individual applies a solid working knowledge of product operations enablement practices to develop enablement resources, support tooling administration, coordinate governance activities, and monitor operating model adoption across the organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to managing the enterprise digital asset and capabilities inventory. Maintain and update inventory as new assets and capabilities are deployed or decommissioned. Facilitate maximizing efficiencies and utilization of existing digital capabilities.
  • Participate in facilitating governance processes for the Digital Operating Model, including managing intake, assessing requests, facilitating Steering Committees, tracking and reporting progress and outcomes, etc.
  • With guidance, identify, scope, and resolve issues threatening to delay project, initiative, program, or product deliverables. Establish project plans with timelines, assign tasks, sequence dependencies, and ensure completion of deliverables.
  • Contribute to and promote the Digital Product Management Playbook with best‑practices, processes, methodologies, standards, tools, and responsibilities as a resource for all Digital Product Managers. Ensure all digital roadmaps within each digital spoke are maintained according to the Playbook, and reflected within the enterprise digital roadmap.
  • Contribute to managing the enterprise end‑to‑end digital roadmap within the Digital Product Hub, and provide transparency for stakeholders across the organization. Maintain and update as new digital product management efforts are initiated and completed.
  • Contribute to build/buy/partner evaluations for new digital capabilities, and vendor integration evaluations for the Product & Health Experience department.
  • Collaborate with other Digital Product Ops Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field
Substitutions
  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field
EXPERIENCE Required
  • 3 years of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management
  • 1 year with Agile Process Methodology

  • 2 years in the Healthcare Industry
