What You'll Be Doing

• Lead development, customization, and configuration of the Infor Syte Line ERP system to meet internal business requirements beyond core functionality
• Participate in business process discussions between technical staff, the ERP team, and functional business leads to identify and scope system needs
• Oversee customizations from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and documentation
• Identify and troubleshoot ERP system issues and develop solutions to improve performance and efficiency
• Prepare program documentation associated with all customizations and system changes
• Acquire and maintain working knowledge of Infor ERP and supporting technologies
• Travel as required to support project and business needs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer programming, systems analysis, and information technology principles
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML, Mongoose development environment, and database design
• MS SQL, PL SQL, or T-SQL programming experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
