IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and efficient day-to-day support for workstations, peripherals, desktop computing, client applications, VOIP phone systems, A/V equipment, and data networking via computer, phone, and TEAMS. Communication and customer service are central components of this role, requiring well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain professional composure during stressful times.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for workstations and peripheral devices.
- Assist with desktop computing and client application issues.
- Manage VOIP phone systems and A/V equipment.
- Address data networking concerns via computer, phone, and TEAMS.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
Essential Skills
- A+ knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows PC
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of operating systems basics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in server configuration
- Networking knowledge
- A+ certificate
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft 365
- 1+ year of experience with Windows
- 1+ years of operating systems basics experience
- 1+ year of experience troubleshooting computer issues
- 1+ year of customer service experience
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in a laid-back company environment. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain real-world experience in IT support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
