• Lead the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while regularly updating stakeholders on progress.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to facilitate seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and clients to discuss project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately and is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital project management to continuously improve our processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project management methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in scoping new projects and preparing proposals for prospective clients.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project outcomes effectively.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with web development processes and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, is a plus.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience working in an agency environment or with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to assess project performance.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for better collaboration with creative teams.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
