This company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join its Platform Services team, supporting the compute and storage infrastructure that powers a global trading environment. The role offers structured mentorship, rotations across multiple technology teams, and a clear progression path towards senior engineering positions.

• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, operating system, and networking issues.
• Work alongside senior engineers on platform engineering and automation projects.
• Rotate through Windows, Linux, Virtualisation, Storage, and Dev Ops teams.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and operational efficiency.

• 0-4 years of Windows and/or Linux Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge (routing vs. switching, TCP/IP).
• Bash, Power Shell, or Python scripting experience.
• Passion for technology and troubleshooting complex problems.

• VMware or Virtualisation
• Docker or Kubernetes
• Ansible, Jenkins or Grafana
• Home lab or personal infrastructure projects.
