Hub Spot Solutions Specialist

Smart Acre, a B2B marketing agency, is looking for a Hub Spot Solutions Specialist to partner with a select portfolio of clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize Hub Spot-centric marketing, sales, and service operations. This is a client-facing role that requires you to understand business and project requirements, deliver technical execution, and ensure clients' technology stacks are scalable, performant, and aligned with revenue goals.

Technical Expertise

• Lead Hub Spot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects.
• Partner with internal dev team and client engineers to ensure seamless integration of existing systems with Hub Spot and other platforms.
• Support components of integrations, migrations, and implementations for client systems.
• Configure Hub Spot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
• Stay current on Hub Spot platform updates and emerging trends in Rev Ops.
• Build workflows, automation, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics

Strategy & Client Communication

• Support discovery & scoping workshops to analyze client business and revenue operations requirements.
• Propose strategic plans to optimize the use of Hub Spot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and associated tech stack integrations.
• Help clients optimize their tech architecture for scalability, data quality, performance, and future growth.
• Present solution design, technical decisions, and value-driven insights to clients in clear, compelling ways.
• Develop client-facing documentation and train clients/teams on new configurations and workflows.

• 3+ years of recent and relevant experience working with Hub Spot (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations Hubs)
• Comprehensive understanding of Rev Ops and B2B principles
• Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting within Mar Tech platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• You can break down complex Mar Tech concepts so clearly that both CMOs and your grandma would nod in understanding
• Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.

• Hub Spot Certified (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, etc.)
• Experience with additional platforms and their integrations
• Experience running and maintaining additional sales or marketing CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
