- Gather and translate reporting requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and internal users into clear specifications.
- Lead discovery activities with customers, internal users, and domain experts to understand how they consume and act on data today.
- Design reporting systems and dashboards that let end users self-service their own analytics needs, reducing dependency on ad hoc report requests.
- Translate validated requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Engineering and Data Science partners.
- Lead release planning and readiness for reporting features, ensuring new reports and self-service capabilities are usable, accurate, and supportable.
- Facilitate roadmap reviews and prioritization discussions on reporting investments with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Represent the reporting product in customer conversations, translating feedback on report usability and gaps into actionable design decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Science and…
