PC Technician

We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to support and enhance enterprise collaboration technology across healthcare environments in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on maintaining reliable meeting room and conferencing solutions, improving user experience for staff and leadership, and helping deliver consistent AV standards across multiple spaces. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in audiovisual systems, unified communications platforms, and Microsoft 365-integrated collaboration tools.

Responsibilities include overseeing the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of conference room technology, coordinating and leading deployment activities for collaboration platforms, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues affecting meeting spaces, presentation systems, and collaboration services, developing and maintaining technical standards, support documentation, and operating procedures to improve consistency across collaboration environments, evaluating new AV and unified communications technologies through testing and pilot initiatives to support future planning and standardization, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to guide equipment selection, service quality, and long-term collaboration technology roadmaps, supporting executive meetings, presentations, and high-visibility events by ensuring room readiness and rapid issue resolution, monitoring the health and availability of room systems and taking proactive steps to reduce downtime and service disruption, and contributing to network-connected AV infrastructure planning, including device connectivity, performance optimization, and secure endpoint management.
