Foreclosure Attorney in Pennsylvania
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
- Organizing case files, tracking legal deadlines, and coordinating with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
- Shadowing a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales
- Assisting in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborating with members of the state team
- Actively participating in weekly state meetings
- Engaging with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting
- J.D., licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
