The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
• Organizing case files, tracking legal deadlines, and coordinating with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
• Shadowing a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales
• Assisting in preparation in advance of appearances
• Collaborating with members of the state team
• Actively participating in weekly state meetings
• Engaging with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting

• J.D., licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing in all jurisdictions
• Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
