Supply Chain Team Leader

B. Braun seeks a Supply Chain Team Leader to oversee daily material flow for biotech and pharmaceutical products. You will manage a small team coordinating purchasing, inventory, and production planning to ensure materials are available on time and in full. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, optimizing stock levels, resolving supply disruptions, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and logistics partners, lead process improvements, support system upgrades, and coach team members in a culture focused on safety, learning, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring timely material availability for production and customer orders
• Supervise and develop a small supply chain team, assigning priorities and monitoring performance
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and accuracy to meet service and cost targets
• Coordinate purchasing, production planning, and logistics to optimize throughput and minimize delays
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and service level
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards within all supply chain activities
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and external logistics partners to resolve supply issues
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and workflows
• Support ERP/MRP planning, data integrity, and participation in system enhancements
• Communicate plans and constraints to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, timely manner
