Role:
Support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives within the Global Support Division's Materials Sourcing & Procurement team, focusing on data-driven market analysis, supplier performance, cost modeling, and risk assessment.
Responsibilities:- conduct market intelligence
- develop sourcing strategies
- manage RFIs/RFPs/e-Auctions
- analyze costs
- support supplier selection
- ensure contractual compliance
- assist in spend/savings reporting
- may also contribute to digitization and data analytics projects
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or MBA program in Business, Supply Chain, Science, or related fields
- strong analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- proficient in MS Office
- demonstrated academic achievement
- GPA 3.0+
- prior pharma or Fortune 500 internship experience
- familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik)
- collaboration platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Focus on direct materials procurement, with an emphasis on supply market analysis, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management
- position involves cross-functional interactions with Legal, Finance, and internal teams
