Project Manager - Distribution

Seeking an experienced Distribution Project Manager to lead electric utility distribution projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, safety, and stakeholder coordination across overhead and underground distribution programs.

• Manage utility distribution projects including overhead, underground, and storm hardening programs
• Full ownership of project lifecycle including estimating support, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Coordinate daily with utility clients, inspectors, municipalities, and internal field teams
• Manage subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, utility specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Track project financials including cost forecasting, change orders, and billing
• Support outage planning, switching coordination, and restoration activities when required

• 5+ years of experience managing electric distribution projects
• Strong understanding of utility standards and construction practices
• Experience with overhead and underground distribution systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and client management skills

• Utility client facing project management
• Experience working under union environments
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
