Senior Project Manager (SPM) – T&D/Substations

Hybrid – USA (Combination of Remote & On-Site as Required)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Substations, and EPC projects. Experience in LNG projects and compressors will be considered a significant advantage. You will lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead and manage large-scale T&D and Substation projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Oversee EPC projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive project execution for LNG and compressor-related initiatives (experience highly valued).
• Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in T&D/Substations and EPC projects.
• Strong background in LNG projects; compressor experience is a major plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Flexible to work in a hybrid environment (on‑site as required).
