Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Logistics Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance, compliance, and audit functions within shipping and distribution operations
. You will ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards to maintain shipment accuracy and secure chain-of-custody control.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage all quality and compliance functions related to shipping operations, including order preparation and final shipment verification, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations leaders to monitor KPIs, such as error rates and audit findings, to drive continuous improvement in service levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards and industry-specific regulations by developing audit programs and implementing corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in imaging or distribution operations
, with at least 2 years in a leadership or quality management role. - Strong knowledge of formal quality assurance frameworks and secure document handling procedures.
- Proven ability in root cause analysis and stakeholder management to prevent recurring shipment discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
