Sales Director - South Atlantic

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Zone Director) to oversee sales strategy and performance in the South Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities Own the overall sales strategy, revenue targets, and performance outcomes across all customer segments within the zone Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager on territory planning, account assignments, and market strategy Monitor performance and sales trends, engaging in discussions to support coaching and development

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of sales and sales management experience, preferably in the promotional goods/apparel industry Experience leading a team to achieve common goals Thorough knowledge of the company's value proposition, systems, and competitive landscape Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple demands and changing priorities
