Vogel Disposal Service, Inc., Mars, PA, is seeking welders/fabricators to repair truck bodies and steel waste containers.
Responsibilities- Safe use of mig and arc welding equipment and other fabricating machines to cut and manufacture patches or repair areas on containers or trucks.
- Must comply with all company policies, laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Minimum 1 year welding experience or Welding Technician diploma.
- Experience with a plasma torch as well as mig and arc welding equipment preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots.
- Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull required.
- Ability to lift/carry upwards of 50 lbs. for short distances.
