We are a global packaging solutions company. We make responsible packaging for food and beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, technical applications, pet care, home and personal-care, and other products.

We need an operations manager to oversee our blow molding department and assist with production as needed. A passion for responsible packaging is not required but highly encouraged!

• Operates within an established budget.
• Best Practices establishment & execution.
• Effective, cost-efficient planning and utilization of manpower, materials and machinery.
• Lead and ensure growth of CI culture by providing resources, participating in teams, and leading teams as necessary.
• A safety culture and environment to send every employee home every day without injury.
• Meets or exceeds plant business plan and KPI’s.
• Strong Human Capital planning, development, and management for direct reports.

Our competitive salary ranges from $135k - $155k depending on experience. We also offer the additional benefits listed below.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred)
• Blow molding experience and knowledge
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in flexible packaging
• Proven ability to lead, drive continuous improvement and turn around underperforming groups
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
