Tool & Die Maker – Stamping

We’re looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker – Stamping to join our manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tooling that directly supports high‑quality production. • Manufacture and maintain precision stamping dies, tools, jigs, fixtures, and tooling components
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to build accurate tooling
• Operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Partner with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance and product quality
• Recommend design or process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate documentation for tooling fabrication, repairs, and modifications
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• High school diploma or GED; formal apprenticeship or technical training in Tool & Die preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in tool & die making, stamping, or precision machining
• Strong experience with manual and CNC machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs
• Experience with precision measuring tools and tight tolerance work
• Knowledge of tooling materials such as tool steel and carbide
• Tool & Die or machining certifications are a plus
