Injection Molding Team Lead Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 27.00 to $ 29.00 / annually
- First Shift
- Lead daily molding operations by supervising employees, coordinating production activities, and ensuring shift coverage.
- Perform mold setups, equipment startups and shutdowns, preventive maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.
- Troubleshoot molding, production, and quality issues while minimizing downtime and scrap.
- Inspect products, maintain production records, and ensure compliance with quality management procedures.
- Train team members while promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Injection Molding Team Lead
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of injection molding experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting molding equipment.
- Knowledge of plastics processing and intermediate math skills.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to train and develop employees.
- Experience with mold setups, quality inspections, and manufacturing documentation;
Nissei molding training or equivalent experience preferred.
