Principal Architect & Technical Program Lead

An innovative robotics company has engaged us to find a Principal Architect & Technical Program Lead to help drive the development and delivery of complex robotic systems for heavy industry. We're looking for someone who has:

• Systems engineering foundation, or a deep engineering background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with system‑level program leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across hardware and software development.
• Client‑facing experience, including technical discovery, executive updates, and managing customer expectations with confidence.
• Ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong leadership presence with a calm, direct, and mature communication style.
• Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and accelerate appropriately.
• Willingness to work 50‑60 hour weeks during high‑demand periods, with overtime incentives available.
