A Packaging Technician supports pharmaceutical production by packaging and labeling products while maintaining quality, safety, and cGMP compliance in a cleanroom environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders according to customer and quality requirements.
• Verify product accuracy through inspections, counts, and quality checks.
• Complete production and inventory documentation using computer systems and data entry tools.
• Set up and close out packaging jobs, ensuring materials and paperwork are accurate and complete.
• Perform tasks in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.

Skill Recommendations

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and wear required PPE.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
