Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:50 PM to 1:50 AM

Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers for a food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and voluntary overtime opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Inspect products and remove defective items.
- Load product into production equipment.
- Remove packaging materials from incoming product.
- Collect, measure, and document production waste.
- Stack finished products onto pallets.
- Follow all safety, GMP, PPE, and quality requirements.
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to read, write, and perform basic counting.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Able to follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.
- Previous food production experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Palletizing experience.
- Fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Standing and moving for most of the shift.
- Frequent lifting up to 60 pounds.
- PPE and GMP requirements must be followed at all times.
- Additional environmental conditions will be discussed during the interview process.
