Registered Nurse Wound​/Ostomy

Concordia Visiting Nurses, located at 613 N. Pike Rd., Cabot, PA, is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed, Medicaid-approved home health agency operating across nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For over a decade, we have provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and various therapy services, aiming to deliver compassionate, respectful, and individualized care to our patients.

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN), including Wound Ostomy RNs, to cover multiple areas in Butler County, Allegheny County, Clarion County, Westmoreland County, and Armstrong County, allowing for work close to home.

Schedule: Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with flexibility based on your preferences. Some weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved school with pharmacology coursework
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Reliable transportation for home visits, with a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
