CNA – Long Term Care – Part Time – $2,500 Sign On Bonus. Certified Nursing Assistant (PT, Evening with rotation as needed).

A CNA in our Long Term Care unit is a vital member of the care team for our residents and nurses. From transporting, bathing, and feeding residents, to stocking supplies and logging resident information, our CNAs are on the ground working to enhance patient outcomes. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Coordinate with nursing staff to meet residents' care needs and maintain accurate documentation. Transport and support residents as necessary while ensuring safety and dignity. Stock and manage supplies within the unit. Operate and maintain approved medical equipment. Participate in care planning and shift hand‑offs.

• Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Ability to work evenings with occasional schedule changes.
