Responsibilities- Clinical Oversight: Guide staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care across multiple areas
- Team Leadership: Support collaboration among nursing staff, administration, and interdisciplinary teams
- Communication
Skills:
Provide clear communication to residents, families, and staff while facilitating organizational updates - Staff Development: Offer ongoing training, orientation, and performance guidance for nursing personnel
- Documentation Tasks: Complete records, evaluations, and required reports while monitoring resident care quality
- Emergency Response: Respond to critical situations and ensure resident safety during urgent events
- Full‑time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, with rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays. This may change based on operational needs.

In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable.
- Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) or four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within one year as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
