- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus paid as an additional $4.81/hour during your first year of employment (up to 2,080 hours worked)

- Current CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
