About the Role:As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center, you will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for our residents and patients
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care
