Job Summary:

Kinzua Nursing and Rehab, a respected healthcare provider in Warren, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including adverse reactions to medications and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on various aspects of healthcare and rehabilitation
