HPA Healthcare is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent weekday anesthesia coverage with flexible shift lengths and no call requirement.
Assignment HighlightsDuration: 13 weeks
2 CRNAs needed
Full-time Monday–Friday
7:00 AM start
8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
No call
Daytime schedule
Adult and pediatric patients
Approximately 5–10 patients/day
Medically directed anesthesia model
Anesthesiologist and Anesthesia Tech support
Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
Epic EMR

The CRNA will provide anesthesia services in a medically directed environment while collaborating with Anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia technicians.
The assignment offers significant scheduling flexibility, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour daytime shifts available and no call responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-anesthesia assessments
Develop and implement anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia
Monitor patients throughout procedures
Provide airway management
Manage emergence and recovery
Provide perioperative anesthesia care
Care for adult and pediatric patients
Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams
Complete required documentation in Epic
Certified CRNA
Pennsylvania license required for presentation; qualifying compact license accepted
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Comfortable caring for adult and pediatric patients
Comfortable working within a medically directed anesthesia model
Full-time availability preferred
