Veterinary Practice Manager – New Hope Veterinary Hospital — New Hope, PA

New Hope Veterinary Hospital is a well-loved, multi doctor practice that’s been quietly and consistently doing excellent medicine for decades. Clients stick with us because our team is warm, our care is thoughtful, and our standards are high — even when the waiting room is busy.

We’re on the lookout for a Practice Manager who can help steer the team, champion the care and keep us running smoothly as we grow.

• Lead, coach, and develop a 15+ person team who cares deeply about patients, clients, and each other
• Keep communication flowing and morale high — you’re the connector, the planner, the “let’s figure this out” person
• Partner closely with our Medical Director to balance great medicine with great workflow
• Oversee operations: ordering, inventory, scheduling, equipment wrangling, you name it
• Make sure we’re on top of compliance and HR best practices (bonus points if you enjoy staying organized)
• Keep an eye on the numbers — budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Support creative community outreach and marketing that fits the New Hope vibe
• Foster a culture where learning isn’t just encouraged — it’s expected

• 3+ years of veterinary management experience
• Prior experience in vet marketing is a plus
• CVPM or LVT? Awesome. Not required.
• Added education (SHRM, business coursework, MBA, etc.) is definitely welcomed
• Strong leadership instincts — confident, steady, collaborative
• Ability to pivot quickly without breaking a sweat
• A knack for solving tricky problems with practical solutions
