Waynesburg, PA (Onsite)
Cullerton Group is partnering with a leading manufacturer serving the oil & gas industry to hire an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, partnering with operations, and driving a strong safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do:- Lead OSHA and environmental compliance programs
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver employee safety training
- Drive continuous improvement in plant safety and environmental performance
- Partner with operations and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing or industrial EHS experience
- OSHA and EPA regulatory knowledge
- Experience with audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
