Oversee stand operations and supervise cashiers, bartenders, prep cooks to ensure quality and proper cash handling.;
Lead setup and breakdown of the stand location for events and ensure equipment is operable and clean.;
Maintain stand inventory and paperwork, including beginning/end inventory, transfers, and spoilage.;
Provide service of food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages), check IDs, and enfor ce age verification standards.;
Greet guests, maintain excellent attendance, and ensure health code compliance and sanitary standards.
