Description of WorkAs a Part‑Time Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store – engaging with customers, assisting with sales, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere. Fast‑paced retail environment with competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and valuable experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, helping shoppers find what they need.
- Manage sales transactions with a computerized cash register.
- Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up product displays.
- Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale customer orders, loading them into vehicles.
- Safely lift products (30–60 pounds) from the floor or overhead, ensuring personal safety and product protection.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Utilize scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Follow all legal guidelines to ensure alcohol is sold only to customers who are legally permitted to buy it.
- Work in a friendly, team‑oriented environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

- Permanent, part‑time employment.
- Preferred availability: 13–32 hours per week.
- Flexible shifts of 4–8 hours per shift.
- Store work hours and days:
- Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Availability scheduled on a rotating basis during the week and weekend, daytime and evening hours.
- Schedule details may change due to operational needs; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined above.
- Work hours will vary. Minimum 13 hours per week with ability to work more. Applicants interested in additional shifts can discuss availability with the General Manager. Opportunity to work up to 32 hours per week.
- No telework option.
- Store location is the one listed above; may be assigned to work in other stores within the county or district based on operational needs. Applications are non‑transferrable – do not apply if not willing to work at the listed location.
- Salary:
Starting salary for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable. - You will receive further communication via email. Check spam/junk folders.

- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
