Set up all concession locations prior to doors, verify opening inventory, sign in employees/volunteers/temps, and assign duties; ensure cleanliness and equipment is operational.;
Monitor alcohol service to ensure 100% compliance with venue policies, RAMP, and PLCB regulations; report issues.;
Oversee operations during events: monitor inventory levels, anticipate extra stock, oversee breaks, sign-in/out, and health-code enforcement.;
Provide ongoing mentoring and training to staff and volunteers; promote a positive, enthusiastic team environment; give feedback.;
Oversee closing procedures: ensure cash handling is accurate, cash bags are secured, and equipment is properly stored and powered off.
