Onsite Coordinator

As a Shift Coordinator at CDS (Club Demonstration Services) for Amazing Retail's Retail Operations, you'll lead daily floor activities, ensuring smooth store operations and outstanding customer experiences. You will coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain visual standards, product availability, and cleanliness. Partnering closely with store and department managers, you'll support training, resolve customer issues, and uphold safety and loss-prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily shift operations on the sales floor
• Create and adjust staff work assignments to meet traffic and service needs
• Monitor store appearance, merchandising standards, and product availability
• Support and coach team members on customer service and operational procedures
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates
• Resolve or escalate customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to safety, loss-prevention, and company policies
• Communicate shift updates, goals, and performance feedback to team and management
• Assist with basic reporting, inventory counts, and cash-handling oversight
• Collaborate with Retail Operations leadership to improve processes and service quality
