OVERVIEW OF COMPANY AND POSITION

The VBC Coordinator works closely with the VBC manager and appraisers to acquire vehicle purchases from the public.
JOBREQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers, and Salespersons Licensure to sell automobiles (or qualifications necessary to secure licensure upon hire)
- Completion of Ford Sales Training (within 90 days of hire) and continuing education as required to maintain certification
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Well‑developed time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communications ability, including demonstrated presentation skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work irregular hours, which may include evenings and/or Saturdays
- Experience using auto industry computer software and applications, such as the Vin Solutions CRM system, dealership websites, Vauto, etc.
This position is responsible for completing the appointment process for prospective customers that are contacted via internet or phone to acquire their vehicle. This typically involves:
- Personally responding to phone calls and emails related to vehicles appearing on various websites utilized by the dealership
- Documenting related activity in the Vin Solutions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system/Vincue
- Consulting with Sales Managers as necessary
- Following up with potential customers on a more long‑term basis (30‑60‑90 days)
As time permits, this position completes sales training (including Ford-specific training) and phone training, reports monthly activities as required, and makes recommendations to the VBC director regarding sales/service opportunities.
