Global Sales Manager

Our client, a leader in industrial bakery equipment and part of a globally respected engineering group, is hiring a Manager – Exact Mixing Sales to lead global commercial growth for their continuous mixing systems
.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on building relationships, guiding capital equipment projects, and delivering best-in-class solutions to bakery and snack producers worldwide.

• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project close—for Exact Mixing systems across global markets.
• Conduct client visits (approximately 40–50% travel) across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia
  .
• Work closely with engineering, application, and service teams to scope and deliver custom solutions.
• Present at major industry shows like IBA
  , IBIE
  , and Interpack
  .
• Guide layout planning, technical feasibility reviews, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Generate new business and develop strategic global accounts.
• Support inbound sales inquiries from the website, email marketing, and trade shows.

• 5+ years of technical or capital equipment sales experience; food processing/bakery preferred.
• Proven track record of consultative, solution-based sales success.
• Strong technical aptitude—can quickly understand industrial systems and processes.
• Experience in international sales or readiness to step into a global role.
• Familiarity with continuous mixing systems or industrial processing machinery is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-starting mindset.
