• Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territory to drive new business
• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Leverage communication and sales skills to effectively close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new logo acquisition
• Proven track record of over achievement in sales performance
• Experience in driving consistent activity and pipeline development
• Ability to determine customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with value selling approaches in SaaS sales
• Recognition in sales excellence (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
