We're partnering with an established U.S. manufacturer seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, coach a growing sales team, and help shape the future commercial strategy of a highly respected engineering-driven organization.

If you're a hunter who enjoys consultative selling, working alongside engineering teams, and driving meaningful business growth—not simply selling products off a shelf—this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive profitable growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new OEM customers through consultative business development.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities with 6–12+ month sales cycles.
  • Coach and mentor an inside sales representative while supporting an external manufacturer's rep network.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to develop customized customer solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of B2B technical or engineered product sales experience
  • Proven success selling into OEM manufacturers
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
  • Experience leading or coaching sales professionals
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing long sales cycles
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations to solve complex customer challenges
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment where wearing multiple hats is part of the culture
Work Arrangement

Hybrid (primarily onsite with flexibility to work remotely approximately one day per week)

Travel

Approximately 20% travel, including customer visits, trade shows, and industry events (typically 1–2 trips per month)

Base Salary

$110,000–$135,000

Bonus

15–25% Variable Component

On‑Target Earnings

$130,000–$170,000
