We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing Philadelphia team. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll represent our client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions across a variety of promotional environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Representing nationally recognised brands with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Introducing customers to products, services, and current promotional campaigns.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Building positive customer relationships that encourage long-term brand loyalty.
• Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Accurately completing customer registrations and campaign documentation.
• Contributing ideas that enhance customer experiences and campaign performance.

• $55,000 - $65000, paid weekly, including performance-based commissions and bonuses.
