** We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Product & Services to join a dynamic biotech company that is rapidly expanding within the industry. Based in a location central to the research and development community, this is an exciting opportunity for a scientific professional eager to bridge the gap between cutting-edge biopharmaceutical science and business  this role, you will have the chance to leverage your scientific expertise while developing key client relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth in innovative biotech fields such as immuno-oncology, gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.

This role is a field based position supporting opportunities across Pennsylvania.
** KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Your duties as the Business Development Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* Develop and demonstrate scientific and business understanding in targeted biotech fields to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Actively reach out to prospective customers, manage negotiations, and secure contracts to support company growth.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and relevant industry events to expand market presence and network with potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance branding initiatives and build marketplace awareness.
* As the Business Development Manager, you will foster relationships that contribute to long-term growth and success for our client.
** ROLE REQUIREMENTS
** To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Development Manager – Product & Services we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
* A Degree or higher level in bioscience or related fields (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical Sciences).
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the biotech or pharma sector.
* Strong interest to learn advances in biopharmaceutical science and business as well as excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel including customer meetings, conferences, and vendor shows to expand business reach.
