We’re expanding our presence in the Greater Philadelphia market and are seeking a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, and helping businesses improve their food service operations.
Position SummaryThe Food service Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding Feeser’s presence throughout the Greater Philadelphia region by identifying new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys meeting decision-makers, creating customized solutions, and working in one of Pennsylvania’s most dynamic food service markets.
What You’ll DoDevelop New Business Opportunities- Identify and pursue restaurants, healthcare organizations, schools, hospitality groups, and institutional food service operators throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
- Present customized food service solutions that meet each customer’s operational goals.
- Build lasting partnerships with restaurant owners, executive chefs, food service directors, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct routine account reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Introduce new products, seasonal offerings, and promotional programs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist customers with menu innovation and product selection.
- Coordinate product sampling and vendor-supported demonstrations.
- Keep customers informed of market conditions, pricing trends, and industry developments.
- Develop an effective weekly sales strategy for your assigned territory.
- Maintain detailed customer activity within the CRM platform.
- Forecast sales opportunities and monitor territory performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve annual sales objectives.

to ensure customers receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery.
Qualifications Required- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel daily throughout the Greater Philadelphia territory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Two or more years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Food service distribution experience.
- Restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional food service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

The successful candidate should be able to:
- Travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia region on a daily basis.

- Stand, walk, climb stairs, and move throughout customer facilities.
- Operate a motor vehicle safely in urban and suburban environments.
