Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, labs, data and telecom areas, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization when required and document unusual activity according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Complete accurate daily reports, incident reports and patrol logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff
