Security Officer Patrol Enhanced Part Time Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and other property-related issues.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and support visitor and contractor screening practices in accordance with site policies.;
Assist with alarms, unusual activity, and after-hours issues by communicating with tenants, first responders, and/or management while following post orders and escalation procedures.
