Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points as assigned;
Monitor access to the location and help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or unusual activity through visible presence and routine observation;
Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating security-related information to residents, guests, and/or staff
