Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Responder

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or property concerns.;
Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized movement when needed, and communicating with management and/or first responders during security-related events.;
Support a welcoming environment by answering basic questions, providing directions, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.
